Right-to-Know

   In accordance with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law of 2008, the following is the Germany Township guideline for requests for public records. All inquiries for township public records must be submitted on the Standard Right-to-Know Request form below, the form must be complete for proper processing. The completed request form can be mailed, emailed, faxed or hand delivered to the Germany Township office. The township Open Records Officer will process all inquiries and forms within 5 business days.
