Germany Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance

   The Germany Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance creates a procedure for application and administration of land development within the township including providing for penalties for violation. The SALDO sets forth regulations and standards to assure suitable sites for building purposes and provides for harmonious development. These regulations and standards include coordination of proposed streets, parks, or other facilities. The SALDO insures adequate open space for traffic and recreation, provides proper distribution of population and regulates mobile homes and mobile home parks.
