Township Secretary

Susan Hansen

I am Susan Hansen the Township Secretary, Treasurer, Open Records Officer and member of the York/Adams Tax Bureau. I am the front line person in the office handling many duties from answering phones, to billing and receiving, as well as taking minutes at the many meetings. I bring 10 years previous government experience to the secretary role for which I was hired in 2009. My outlook for the future is, "I would like to see the township grow with more recreation and an office within the township area." One of my goals is working to modernize the township by creating and converting to electronic documents. I am a certified Notary.

Germany Township Office
The Germany Township Municipal Office is located at 103 South Queen Street in Littlestown. The office hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 3:00pm, except on the days of Township Supervisor's meetings, the office hours will be 12:00pm - 5:00pm.

Board of Supervisors
Supervisor's Meetings are held at Eagle Park, 427 Mengus Mill Road, Littlestown on the second Monday of the month at 6:00 pm.

The Germany Township maintenance yard is located at 60 Ulricktown Road.

Planning Commission Members
Planning Commission Meetings are held at the township office in Littlestown on the first Monday of the month at 7:00 pm.
